  • Oh wow. This is actually one of the ones in after and at an insane price. Pity it's not the slim bezel version…but otherwise perfect for my 4x games!

  • Great if you like pretty games, not good for fast-paced games due to 60 Hz limit

    • Adequate still as it's freesync so you won't need laggy vsync. If you're a hardcore twitch gamer then ok yeah look at 24"/1440p/120+hz.

I must admit I do prefer 75hz (but that may be psychological!)

  • How would this compare with the AOC Agon 27" with the Xbox One X? I currently have the AOC Agon and not sure if it is worth getting the 4K monitor or just grabbing a TV?

    • The one x supports freesync I think? Unfortunately at 4k I think it'll be outside of the freesync rate range of this monitor =( not sure if you can change settings much on a console to get the fps above 45fps (sorry I'm a pc gamer so not sure).

      • It does have freesync. Some of the games do run at 4k @60, some have a 1080p @60 option but sadly there are some that can only be played at 4k @30 like red dead redemption 2.

    • If you're sitting close enough, I'd say get the monitor. Monitor vs TV mostly depends on distance (as generally one is >50" and the other <30").

  • i think one of the features is that it is and IPS screen, so viewing angle and possibly gamut for those editing pictures is more important than gaming speed …. very tempted as i would just use it for windows business applications and some picture editing.

it tilts but doesn’t height adjust.

any better 4k IPS deal ?

    • Kogan have the next cheapest at $420? +post

      But it’s Kogan.

      • Big but.

      • kogan isn’t the issue of it has the features, eg whose ips panel, gamut, height adjust, etc.
