      its no good. does nothing but turn your piss yellow. I will finish the bottle I bought and move back to Centrum A to Zinc. I dont think that does anything either but its cheaper. I take that and fish oil daily.

        All any of these things are ever meant to be are 'supplements', eat a good healthy varied diet full of F&V, nuts, dairy & fish and you'll be fine; but, if you want to be sure then you can alternate a multi of your choice & fish oil every 2nd day to keep topped up on those trace elements & EFA's! ;)

        Most dieticians I know also recommend taking your vitamins at night for better absorption & less excretion! For instance, you might not be able to fill those 'syringe pens' Tinydeal was selling a while back any more! :p

    yes they say all that rubbish but it did nothing for me but turn my piss radioactive. I only take multivitamins as a precaution and to keep my B dose up because my doc said i was low last time. And I take fish oil to prevent heart disease and other problems in the future.
