Bought mine on Black Friday for $12, wasn't brand new, it was pre-owned.

Yes, I bought it from mightyape and it was pre-owned but still a good price. It's region 4 if anyone's wondering. EB selling there's for $36 and JB Hi-Fi selling it for $39.
Interesting that they're advertising it as new then. It says it comes with all the bonus digital content but how can they be valid if it's a pre-owned game. Did yours come with an unused code to the bonus farewell episode?
@Thomas C: Can you just clarify for me… So you bought this exact listing which doesn't mention anything about being preowned? What makes you say the copy you received was preowned?
@mekktor: Just got an email back from Mighty Ape confirming it's new, NOT pre-owned.
'Whether a product is sealed or not will depend on whether these were sealed by the manufacturer. While the first editions of games and movies often do have a plastic seal, subsequent releases typically do not. rest assured, all of our games are brand new, unopened, and unused!'
@mekktor: It wasn't sealed with plastic wrap, box is slightly damaged. The soundtrack is not sealed with plastic wrap either. What I am saying is you won't get it brand new sealed. I bought 2 games from them a couple of months ago both was a deal on sale, they gave me one unsealed and one sealed with plastic wrap and was bought from mightyape.
@Thomas C: Thanks for the clarification but that doesn't make it pre-owned. That would make almost every new game from Target, Big-w and EB Games pre-owned. Does suck that it was slightly damaged during shipping though.
@Thomas C: Thanks for the response. Yeah it's disappointing that it wasn't sealed, but that doesn't make it preowned. It hasn't had any previous owners so calling it that is just as deceptive as you probably think they were to sell you an unsealed copy as new.
Postage sort of kills it for me.
