360gb ssd is an odd size? does it have a 250+120GB SSD drives?

Great price for such a light 2-in-1

360gb ssd is an odd size?

      actually, it's 'even'

  • How much extra is it to convert to Windows 10 Pro ?

    • It was approximately $149 to upgrade to Pro around 6 months ago. This was through the Microsoft Store app that's pre-installed on every Windows 10 machine.

        What a rip-off…

That finishes tonight, not the 9th…

  • I hated this laptop. Compared to the Dell XPS 13 it's footprint is too big and the lid is too heavy so you can't open it one handed. I now have the Lenovo Yoga 920 which is almost as annoying but also the Lenovo X1 Carbon which is awesome. I've realised that looks aren't everything and will continue to buy X1 carbons in the future.

    • So the X1 carbon over the Dell XPS?

one of the rellies is looking for a 2-in-1 for uni.

      • Well neither the X1 Carbon nor the XPS 13 are 2 in 1s. But I have owned two 2 in 1s and never used the touch screen. It's a gimmick in such a large device. You're better off with a smaller device like a tablet for drawing and then a cheaper laptop.

        • Cheers,

Yeah 2-in1's have that old school vs new school debate (reminds me of DOS vs Windows)

          After 30+yrs of using a mouse, I reckon I wouldn't buy a laptop without a touch screen. I don't draw,

  • Excellent. Thanks OP. Wifey needed one of these. Purchased.

Very good price for this model.

  • This is the old model now, new late 2018 refresh looks sleeker but also has a price to match

    • Indeed. That's ok. Still has the 8th Gen intel chips and decent other specs. Very cheap for this machine. Fair bit cheaper than the approx equivalent in their Envy range.

  • Thanks OP. Bought one. Totally agree with @fookos

    • Hiya, how you finding your laptop?

A friend is off to uni next year & was eye'ing of the HP Envy, but these seem like a step up?
      Is it really light?

One last thing does it come with a pen?
