The pace of life and change can be overwhelming
We all need to slow down sometimes, to relax, to unwind - yet after a hectic day at work, a terrible commute, or a nightmare shopping trip it may seem impossible.
The vast majority of people have never had any relaxation training and therefore find it difficult to switch off and be still.
To be able to de-stress and fully relax is vital for your health and well being. Your stress can affect not only you but also the loved ones around you, as you feel unable to give them the time they deserve.
Play the Deep Relaxation App and feel the world slow down.
The Deep Relaxation App is the perfect way to unwind and de-stress, and it also has had great success in therapeutic settings. The App teaches relaxation techniques, which have helped with ME, pain control, insomnia, post traumatic stress disorder and many other stress symptoms.

Andrew Johnson is a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Ayrshire on the West Coast of Scotland.
His best selling range of Self Help CDs and MP3s have helped many thousands of people all over the world regain control over stress symptoms, addictions and bad habitual behaviour.

  • I used to have a program (whether its the same one or someone different) on the Android OS, and truth be told, I found him talking to be more distracting than soothing. I reckon ambient sounds is more effective, but that's just my 2 cents.

hardly worth $3.99. free is about right. his voice is about as relaxing as a hole in the head. most will delete after trying it twice…. THREE, two, ONE… delete

Does anyone else find humourously ironic the notion that relaxation might be found by devoting even more time to a phone?

I'm old school, but that makes as much sense to me as a pub hosting AA nights.

    • I agree, but some people are so reliant upon their mobile; it's almost like a safety blanket. Have you seen the panic on some people when they misplace their phones, even for 5 mins? Maybe they need a App to relax when they eventually find it.

Misplacing an iPhone would cost ~$1000 in some situations.

But yeah I get your point.

Anyone with a smartphone would panic, especially with all that sensitive information such mobile banking apps, contact details of friends and family and social network apps on it.

Though I'd imagine those with kinky photos and videos would panic more :P

  • I have most of Andrews apps and I love them all. I personally find his voice very relaxing and encourage others to download this app and find out for yourself. If you dont like it, you can always delete it.. but if it works for you then congrats!

  • Nice that it's free. If it works for you, great!
