I would not recommend purchasing the Caltex egirtcards. Purchase the Woolworths ones that can be used in the whole group including the co branded Caltex and gives you more flexibility. None of them can be used in the Caltex stations that are not co branded with Woolworths.

  • When does the extra % finish up?

Wonder if cash rewards or shopback will match or beat? Yeah not holding my breath.

    • It's a one day offer isn't it?

      • Don't know. Doesn't say in description

  • Has anyone successfully registered with bingle insurance? I couldn't.

    • Yes I did via the app. I registered first and then added the policy.

    • Sorry, we tried to find your policy but something went wrong, try again later :(

  • Downloaded app. It took me back to suncorp to see benefits page. I instead used the website. Pointless app.

I got it via aami insurance

The app worked for me but kept on giving me 24 hrs to wait msg, went via desktop link, was able to buy e-gift cards with no hassles.

      • If I use the website, I get this message:

"Oops - we encountered a problem with our systems. If you experience any problems, please try again later."

    • Have you tried on the desktop website. Some comments above suggesting that issue is related to app, although I had no issues with the app.

      • Certainly did, just came up with the old “oops” error.
Suncorp benefits support are no help either :(

Registered earlier today. 24hr waiting period on App but worked just now on Desktop/browser

    • Millennial?

Me? Haha I wish, because then I’d be mortgage free and enjoying smashed avo on toast for smoko.
        Why is that mate?

  • Hi guys, mine shows as eGift card in the cart. What are the conditions for eGiftcards? Can I use them instore? Do I have to use the whole amount in one go?

    • Yes in store
No do not have to use whole amount it stores the remainder.
      Treat like cash.

  • Disappointed the Coles offer vanished, but this will do;)

    Unfortunately no Dan Murphy's atm

This can be used at Dan Murphey's the last time I checked, so why bother waiting for a specific less flexible gift card. Pretty sure the eGift cards can be used at any of the Woolworth's group stores (Big W, Dan Murphey's, etc.).

  • Uncle dans is now showing up.

    • Apart from the picture in the email, they are all the same card anyway.

      • Yep, I thought I would just mention it as the OP says no Dan Murphys.

      • I got Caltex and it looks different, its green and I think it can only be used at Caltex. I agree better to just purchase the Woolworths ones that can be used in the whole group including the co branded Caltex and gives you more flexibility.

card number starting 6280 0055 is wish gift card which means you can use it Dan Murphy's or caltex.

Other number's card is shop specific

      • Yes it does start with those numbers so maybe it will work. Thanks.

  • Via the Desktop version, how do I access the Benefits page? It doesnt seem to be on the site. No banners or link to take you directly to the site. Do not want to use the App.

  • Anyone got "payment unsuccessful, contact your bank"? I am not a new user, joined earlier this year.

    • Yep - tried a different credit card and it worked. The first one I tried is nowhere near maxed out so don't know what the issue is…

  • $500 and $200 cards are now sold out.

    • Wasn't for me, and I bought an hour after you posted.

    • same here, brought a $200 one. They are GOOD TO GO again

  • Mine is still processing. May take up to 72 hours to process.

Bought $500 Woollies with GIO (comprehensive car + CTP).
After logging in at gio.com.au, look for the Suncorp Benefits section and click through with the Find Out More link.

Not sure if anyone is aware.
Dan Murphy's is available now. And you can buy more than $500.
Just bought $500+$25+$5+$5 Woolworths and $500+$25+$5+$5 Dan Murphy.
Given this it should work for those who wants to get more on Kmart and Target ecards too

so you are telling me you save $2 more bucks if you spend $100…

    No thanks

  • thanks spent $465

  • So will Dan Murphy's cards work in Woolworths?

  • Just signed up. Do these work the same as buying through preezee? Does suncorp charge a credit card surcharge? Thanks

    • Yes very similar to Prezzee, but all the cards are discounted and on Prezzee they are full price except when they have a bonus offer. No surcharge but you can only use VISA/Mastercard. I think Prezzee you can also use AMEX.

      • Hi Yola. Thanks for answering question and information.

  • +1

Able to purchase ANOTHER $500 card for $465 today👍

  • Suncorp the bank, super or insurance? So ambiguous

    Im on suncorp super

    • All of the above plus more i.e. even available to AAMI, GIO, APIA, CIL, Shannons, etc

  • I bought my first one which I received instantly. Bought another and it is still processing.. anyone?

  • I am with APIA, how do I get this?

  • Edit - oops new comment instead of reply…

Bingle apparently not supported on the app yet… according to suncorp phone support

    • +2

I was able to register with my Bingle insurance policy on the app without any problems. I then purchased the woolworths gift card. I also registered an account for my husband using his Bingle car insurance policy and bought another gift card with that. The trick is that you have to register first on the app, and then go into your account on the app and add the Bingle policy. You can't just sign up through the Bingle website or use your Bingle login on the app. If you look on the app under policies and accounts it even lists Bingle as being one of the supported policies (it doesn't list Bingle if you go through the website though).

  • Got Woolies, Caltex and Dan Murphy eGift Cards - they were all WISH eGift Cards.

  • been 24 hours and no egift vouchers received maybe it will take 3 days.

    • Received mine in under an hour. The email links back to rewards page, so the email isn't required.

      • still nothing yet. processing…

        • I purchased two $500 gift cards on the same day (2 different accounts). I received one of the cards yesterday and the other card is still processing. Same payment method etc, so I'm not sure why one card would take longer to process than the other.

    • Still nothing needed shopping so had to get a Cashrewards egift and as always got that in an hour pull your finger out suncorp.

      • Is anyone else still waiting to receive the egift codes. Still says processing and I'm a suncorp account holder and have 2 insurance policies with them Wtf.

        • I ordered on Thursday and order status is still pending.

      • Mine finally came through this afternoon (Monday) after ordering on Thursday.

  • Ordered Thursday evening and still processing. Been almost 72 hours already. So slow….

    • Same here. Ordered Friday morning though. Order pending and money taken.

  • I ordered Thursday afternoon and still processing. It has been more than 72 hours and my fund had been taken from cc on Friday. Didn’t get a chance to use on Friday shopping, and hopefully I can use it for tomorrow’s groceries.

  • Email From suncorp benefits
Due to the amount of orders placed recently on the Woolworths gift cards, We only had limited stock on hand.
We are happy to offer you a refund of the amount or if you are happy to wait until we get more in stock and it will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
apologies for the delay, Please let us know what you would like to do.

    • I'd hang in there as it sounds promising.
However there are probably still people on OzB selling them for 7% off anyway as they gain with their 3 points per $ on certain AMEX's from Cashrewards.

    • Yes, I got a similar story when I phoned them this morning. Pretty poor really. Gift cards I bought the first day on special offer still haven't been processed due to this. Yet they continued selling them on the following day.

Also, It's pretty misleading how the offer conditions are worded. In my opinion, the way it is written, the implication is that 72 hours processing time is more the exception than the rule. From what the consultant told me, seems that it's more the other way around - rule rather than exception.

      • I got them very quickly on the second day of sale.

  • I had received them after emailing them. However the codes I received says "Invalid gift card number" when I tried to enter them into the Woolworths money app. Anyone has that issue?

    • +1

I too finally got mine (I emailed a while ago, but didn't seem to help).
When entering into the Woolworths Money app, I pasted the long number in, then had to click [add card] button before the PIN number field pops up. Both need to be added before you can add the card.

    • Ordered mine Friday morning and got it this afternoon. No email or contact necessary. No problem adding it to the app. Have you checked the cards validity on everydaygiftcards.com.au?

      • Yes it's valid there but not on the app. Weird. I had copy paste, type manual as well but doesn't work

    • It might mean you haven't added the pin?

      • Pin doesn't come up this instance because it says it's invalid number. But on the website it's valid. Tried email app contact email but email bounced…

  • Piss poor service when you have 2 suncorp accounts and 2 Insurance policies with them. I will get a refund not worth the hassle and wait to save $10 on $500 over Cashrewards.

  • I find it really weird some people didn't get these instantly. I've bought dozens and they've all arrived instantaneously?

    • I think it might be new customers, like me (had only just registered and was my first purchase, took ~4 days).
Same thing happened to me with Wish cards via cashrewards a couple of years ago, it took a long time for the bank or the merchant to approve (I think the bank rang to check if it was authorised, but they didn't this time).

  • How can I register for the rewards, with a Suncorp bank account, on a desktop? Suncorp Rewards said it can only be done via the app, which I can't use.
