A good price for a good basic kettle.

I paid $25 for one and liked it so much I bought a second one for someone else.

As far as kettles go, it's relatively quiet, relatively fast boiling, light, easy to handle and fill, and has large easy to see water level indicators. Water tastes fine.

It's a Kettle.

  Spotlight have a $9 one on clearance if cheap is a priority. No idea how it compares.

  This kettle is great I've owned one of these for 3 years used 3 times a day still going strong.

    We had one at work for 1.5 year , the color went yellow within a couple of months and the plastic spout started disintegrating after the first year. For home use it’s probably ok, but I wouldn’t recommend it for office use(more than 6-7 boils a day)

    Does the kettle body become too hot to handle after boiling?

    I know most people know not touch touch the kettle body but I'm using the kettle in an environment with kids.
