I tried but they couldn’t price match as it’s below their buying cost. Ended up getting one from TGG instead. Pity, was hoping to use $10 gift voucher @JB lol

@pasey25: Well considering that the goodguys must have made a pricing error, I'd say it makes perfect sense.
Wouldn't be surprised if this was a price error, and was suppose to be the Gen 1.
Gen 1 combo has been on sale for $99 recently and as low as $89.10 with a discount. I dont think this is for Gen 1. More likely a pricing error. But good for anyone who needs it to maybe price match.

They have a policy where if the price goes down in 30 days then they will refund you the difference + some… but now that the price has gone back up I doubt you'll be able to take advantage of this

I initially thought it was a pricing error too, but UBS posted the link to the catalogue which has it listed as $129. and now they have increased the price!

Bought one - but the price has now changed. In my rush I think ordered the one with the edison globe instead of the bayonet fitting.
I wonder if they'll honour the price, it was obviously a pricing error.

Yeah - I got a message saying it was processing at my local store (even though the web site made me pay shipping as there was no local stock!).
I phoned them to see if I could swap the E27 globe for a B22.
Hm mine made me pay for delivery, then on the website showed as 'backorder' but now shows 'ready for pick up' and shipping method is changed to 'pick up'
Seems like they are going to honour it but we will see..
Just finished talking to them on the phone, even though I paid for delivery I've organised to pick up and apparently they can arrange for the delivery charge to be refunded (but that has to go back to their web team).
@AdrianW: I might just wait until Monday to see what happens to the online order (maybe they'll update it to delivery). All stores are showing out of stock so doubt I'll be able to pick it up anyway. Very weird though…

Where did you pick yours up from? TGG website shows that they are out of stock everywhere…@michaelb94: I ordered this morning before the price went up. The site made me pay for shipping as it said something like "the closest store with stock is over 500km away" (I'm in WA). But shortly after I ordered I got a "your order is being processed" email from my local store (Clarkson WA).
