  The 2nd gen was on sale for $129 last week (that I posted), which I have already linked in my post. But it turned out to be a pricing error, but some people were able to order and pick it up.

      But you do realize that it was a pricing error and most places sell it for $229 now. So technically this is the cheapest advertised price

I should also point out that the Hue bulbs are useless without the hub.

  Echo Plus devices have a built in hub that supports various devices, mainly the Philips Hue range. Hence why they sell them together.
