  • Hmm. The offer is not showing up for me under the app’s relish tab.

    • Anything in your email? I logged in and can only for the buy 1 get 1 free bar code. I got this one as an email separate.

      • Odd. Nothing in my email!!!

        • Maybe someone else can confirm if they have received the email. I can post an image of the email shortly.

          • @aspirepranesh: Hey Team, Emails sending out from this morning as fast as we can (insert Montgomery Scott quote).

Your app should have the same code live already however.

Hola at us at grilld.com.au/feedback if you need a hand.

            Enjoy!

I just signed up and got a BOGOF without drink, but the voucher expired yesterday. That’s handy.

    • the BOGOF is still showing up in my app even though it expired yesterday. Didn't use mine since the wife used her's earlier this week.

      • +1

Hey Team, BOGOF is done, but was lingering in app for some of you. Apologies.

        • I still have BOGOF offer in the app which is expired. I still dont have access to new offer!!

  • +3

Looks like all their offers will be dine in only which makes their reward program useless to me.

    • Depends on the location

Always Dine In Only, sorry for any inconvenience team.

      • +2

For me it just means I don't have time to buy anything extra. E.g with the free burgers, all I had time for was quickly eating the burger (train to catch), I would have gotten chips and a drink each time if I could have taken it away.

      • +1

+1 that this makes it useless for me. If I get grilld its on lunch break so I need to order ahead or I don't have time to eat. What's the reasoning? I mean it's just less business for you guys

        • The reasoning is they’re trying to encourage groups to organise their end of year catch ups at Grill’d.

Groups eating in a restaurant = more money than single takeaway order.

      • +1

Also uninstalled the app, no love for takeaway peeps.

        • This is poor and non consumer friendly marketing in my view. Is the marketing run by kids?

Once I was so pissed off I got the burger on a plate and walked out with it in tissues.

I've found Grilld burgers to be disappointing anyways lately

Appearing in app for me!! Drinks all summer indeed. Especially awesome because my local grilld usually let us choose whatever drink - including 500ml rekorderlig which were worth almost as much as my $10 burger :)

    • Isn’t that alcoholic beverage exceeding 375ml?

    • +10

      Naughty.

  • +2

In the app for me, nice. Good that it includes beer.

    • Sure does!

  • Anyone want to give me a referal code?

It asks for one when I sign up.

    • No referrals other than restaurant based ones for now Anton!

  • Only valid "Monday to Sunday". So that means I can't use it between Sunday and Monday?

  • I got one via email. Ta!

  • +1

Valid Monday to Sunday? That gave me a chuckle. Reminded me of the Greek restaurant sign that read 'Now open 7 days, except Monday'!

  • Does multi-use mean if I get 5 burgers (one bill) I can get 5 free drinks? Or do I have to pay 5 burgers on seperate bills?

  • +1

can i buy 2 burgers and get 2 free drinks? or would my wife need her own card and order separately?
