  Store rep, I'd also suggest writing up what products you sell and what the competitive prices are.
  A discount only has value if the prices area reasonable to begin with.

            @PJC: I’m in the same boat. Never heard of them. Is it a regional/state thing, like calling Devon, Polony. Divvy vans, paddy wagons? Safeway vs Woolworths?

            Edit: yep. Seems as my closest store is either Broken Hill, or Bairnsdale. Both over 600km away. Very state based thing it seems… SA and Vic. (Let’s face it, Broken Hill May as well be in SA…)
