  What is the manufacturing date of the QB820 batteries. As far as I know they are discontinued completely.

    They come from different batches between Sep 2017 and July 2018, some are from Joybuy(NASDAQ: JD) channel, some are Xiaomi Taiwan channel, some are from ZMI USA Amazon channel. They were discontinued for a period due to the 18650 cells supply issue then back for sale earlier this year, now discontinued again.

    The new alternative/successor is ZMI QB822 that features 27W PD output capability in a 20000mAh capacity with digital display and with a lower price tag.

    The actual spritual successor may be the new Xiaomi Powerbank 3 Pro coming next year
