It's a Lenovo product, the only involvement Google have with it is the Assistant side of things.
Squealing AC charger is an issue yet they're saying it's not.
Yeah Lenovo has to push updates after getting them from Google, it's not on parity with Home Hub for example.
Can always replace AC charger as wouldnt be unique type of plug?
Some of the issues you mentioned are hardware related, Google only provides software.
I saw that listing and saw that Lenovo were included in the sale, but I thought something was up because the deal wasn't mentioned in the subtitle like it is for Grays. It works in checkout though. If only the mini was included direct from Lenovo too.

Makes sense if these are change-of-mind returns, so not refurbs, but also not "brand new". May not even have been opened by the purchaser, but just by the seller to check that it was returned in original condition.
