Showing free delivery for me (brisbane metro). Pulled the trigger at $259.
Must be something with my account, when I log out it is showing $3.00 delivery. Some people get 50% off $4k tv vouchers, I get free $3.00 shipping….
I have a 4K TV. Wonder if I should get this or wait for a better Pro deal.

I hope you enjoy it! I'm itching to get a new PS4 as well, my old one is from 2013 and struggles to keep up with games (playing uncharted 4 was so laggy). :-(

Does the 4K upscale from a Pro make much different to the upscaled from the Slim, or does the slim not upscale to 4K?

That is a pretty good deal. I got mine from Amazon for more, without the controller. Wish I had remembered the AMEX credit! And been able to predict the Sony sale.

I am fortunate to live and work around 4; so I bounce between them for price matching.
Just taphouse to them nice before you ask and most time, one you've built the rapport, they will say yes.
My biggest issue is XBOX or PS4? I haven't played either, I use to game via PC.

XBOX ONE S seems to be cheaper than PS4 Slim.I've got a PS4 because I want to have fun with Detroit: Become Human, Marvel's SpiderMan and God Of War, etc. But if you are a big fan of Microsoft or you want to play Halo, forza horizon, Gears of war, etc, then choose XBOX.
I've never played any of them, so I guess I have to look up games and decide based on that

i ordered one, went and bought stuff from amazon, then went away for a few days, came home and the order from sony wasn't processed
rang them up and nothing they can do, sorry, bye now.
did this happen to anyone else? i did try cashrewards, could that have held things up?
Mine hasn't been processed as well (bought 29 Dec), but I can see the charge on my cc. Will follow-up tomorrow. Did your cc get charged?
Ordered 26th, had the PS4 + extra controller delivered on 28th. Had Cashrewards too so that normally shouldn't be an issues.
Probably just slow processing over the NY period.
