    you can get 72 coffees

You get 72 pods. I've heard these are super weak so you might want to consider putting 2 pods in if that's possible??

Still - $42 for 36 coffees can be enticing.

the new nespresso virtuo uses larger capsules, problem is that its about 95c per capsule, but there is enough coffee in some of their capsules for a mug of coffee …was developed in response to Americans drinking larger cups / mugs of coffee than Europeans.

With the std size capsules I end up using 2 per cup, with the virtuo I only need one.

Std size capsules are great for people who drink short black espresso shots.

Expresso coffees are traditionally served in a small shot-like cups!
Hence the weak taste if you make in a large mug coffee using one capsule.

  • Ordered Thanks

  • Could be good if you don't drink coffee! It's super light!

  • Capsules more expensive than dolce gusto? And there I thought you can’t get any lower

Horrendous coffee. I need three pods to make it even close in flavour to a low quality cafe coffee.

  • I picked it up today and easy setup.

I paid 94.43 for 72 pods (all Mountain Grown $8.40=$50.40), milk frother ($59), and Free Coffee Machine using 5% woolies egift card and $10 off $100 spend (see https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/426517) at woolies.

Taste: It taste quite light with one pod. I am yet to try 2 pods or even 3 pods in one cup.

Pods: Woolworth has half-price deal on those pods time to time apparently.

Conclusion: I need it for the daily dosage of caffeine, so I have low expectation on the taste. It isn't the best but it suits for me at current stage :)

Edit: Btw, it has their own system, so it not compatible with any Nespresso capsules.

For the refillers out there, this can be a tricky machine as there are multiple holes pierced in the bottom.

Mark a line on the pod, and a line on the machine. Line them up each time and you will be OK most times. Foil to seal the top.

Pod coffee is rubbish no matter the brand. The machines are all pretty good (except the dolce gusto, just rubbish all round). Put proper fresh ground coffee in. Make pods night before for morning convenience..enjoy
