      I signed up to Ebay Germany on my browser, added the addresses and added to my watch list. Once this was done I then opened the app on my phone, signed in under my ebay.de login, changed the region to Germany and it then worked.

        Arh, ok. It's still charging in AUD so paypal won't do an exchange. Thanks. Looks like I'll need to wait for the next one but I still have over $1000 in vouchers from when you could get them at a 5% discount using Woolies e-gift cards and then stack with the 2000 woolies points so no rush.
