  Can't think of why this would be a good idea. If you want to be environmental friendly, buy a diva cup or something.

      Fair point, but I still don't see how this is a good idea. You should be changing your pads every 2-3 hours so I can't imagine wearing this all day or having to carry a change of 3-4 underwear (especially at $50 per pop). There are such things as cloth pads if you want to go environmental friendly without using diva cups.

        Not sure about Thinx but Modibodi has underwear that can hold the equivilent of 2 tampons, so they shouldn't need to be changed during the day.

          @Koffee: It's more for sanitary reasons though. Unless if these undies function differently to pads, there can always be bacteria building up. Not to mention the odour and the grossness of sitting on it for the whole day.

            @nix1016: The panties tend to absorb the liquid a lot better. See a few reviews saying it smells a lot less than pads
