If you don't buy at 50% off from ishka, you're doing something wrong. They literally only don't discount for one week a year to meet accc requirements.

they claim to be an ethical company and doing fair trade, but they don't have supplier information on their product pages like oxfam do, and my attempts to find out supplier info by contacting them online have gone unanswered several times now.

Ishka has had either a permanent 50% off sale or "closing down" sale for over 10 years.
50% off is quite common for them. The flat pack occasional tables are good. If you find a store with a scratch and dent area you can get some good bargains.
