Possibly Nationwide as I have seen them at a few other stores.
I have used them already and they are really easy to thread meat/veggies for a BBQ.
Other household items on clearance too.

Maybe you're looking at the bamboo skewers?
These definitely scan at $2.4.
These said $5.40 with the same description as your photo..
I couldn't scan to confirm as there was no stock left at top Ryde
Do these pierce flesh easily? Asking for a friend.
Haha, yes but if there's a lot of fat on the meat, it's always going to be a bit tougher regardless of the skewer.
My local (top Ryde) has them for $5.40, no stock remaining..
Inspire S/s skimmer is right next to it at $2.40..
Maybe mislabeled at your store?
