Not a great deal, you also need to add on 10% public holiday surcharge. I just did a dummy booking for 5 margaritas which totalled $57.50.

    • I wasn't aware of the surcharge as it came up as 5 delivered for $50 on my fb feed.

The surcharge is new, as well i think some other price rises.

Don't domino's charge for one? They at least charge one on sunday which is so scummy.

          • @Kozhutki: Dominos has had the surcharge for a long time, is it 2 years now?

Pizza Hut has just recently introduced and copied the Sunday surcharge, the Pizza Hut weekend surcharge was already there if i recall.

            • @Crownanchor: That sucks. I prefer Pizza hut but they rarely have good deals compared to Domino's, which I get, Domino's can take the hit.

              • @Kozhutki: I think the weekend surcharge has increased to 15% from 10%.

Interesting if you google the pizza hut surcharge, a lot of hits talk about Dominos surcharge and how everyone is looking to switch to pizza hut.

Now pizza hut increases and adds surcharges and there is very little talk.

                • @Crownanchor: yeesh… Still am quite surprised they're in business. Not sure if that's because of ties to the American chain or not but I doubt it.

    • It's actually 15% surcharge now on public holidays. I got charged 15% extra today.

      Read here in the terms.

      • And not done very transparently at all (which is what is required of such surcharges).

The whole point is that if they're not going to clearly state what their pizzas cost, they need to clearly point out a surcharge applies rather than burying it in fine print…

    5 pizzas!
How many people are they expecting to feed? Unless they shrunk them to 10cm wide

Is it really inconceivable that people might have a dozen+ gatherings or parties? It's a great deal if you have people over.

      • Are you going to take one each to your dozen parties?

Ozbargainers save money by not having any friends, duh!

Plus they have closed stores all over the place so no delivery near me anyway.

  • If I’m going to spend $10 per pizza, I’ll go to a local pizzeria.

Pizza Hut and Dominos won’t be getting my business at $10 per dough.

    • It's delivered.

  • I wonder how the large Dominos/Pizza Hut Pizzas compare size wise to Little Caesars 'hot and ready' ones. The $5 'hot and ready' ones they seem to be good value to me, but surely are a bit smaller.
Mind you, you can only get either the cheese OR Pepperoni 'hot/ready' ones from L.C's. Larger/other pizza's cost more. Excellent pizza, better than Dom's or P.H. IMO. I don't think there are many locations here in Sydney. Maybe 5?

    • Well, Dominos has got to be known for its big pizzas. Now there is 3 large pizzas. The Big One, New York, or $3 upgrade.

It also seems the $5 value range has gotten smaller, while the Mogul pizzas were removed and a new store opened up.

Little Caesars are 13" vs Domino's 11" (but the latter couldve shrunken lately). Taste wise, Caesars taste fluffier if u like pan and more generous with the pepperoni. The hot and ready is convenient too but domino's app ordering can make that just as convenient.

The pizza is better at Dominos .

      Hands down!

    • LOLOLOLOL what? they are both just as bad as each other.
