Bunnings currently have the promo 9ah Kit for $299. Depending on stock

  • Did you look at the charger and battery? This is the black Friday deal and has been $249 since last year

    • So, is it still a good deal?

      • I got the bigger battery and the fast charger kit for $250.

        • any links?

          • @ozpanda: it has finished, bunnings price beat the other store $279 from Beyond tools. The staffs in Bunnings weren't too happy, ringing like everyone they know. Eventually, honor the price.

P.S. I am just telling the best deal I've seen. I am not posting a deal. I am not down-voting or up-voting

        • from where?

  • Does this apply to this pack? The DeWalt website says the 9Ah pack?

    • the one you mention is different

      there are 3 different kits,

      Blower + fast charger + 9ah battery, DCM572X1
      Blower + slower charger + 9ah battery, DCM572X1S
      Blower + slower charger + 6ah battery, DCM572T1

      • That's the only option I'm given if you go to the dewalt website, the 2X1 kit.

        • DCM572X1 is the official kit, all the other kits are promotional kits.

DCM572X1S should be executive in Bunnings and they don't post any link. Only store stocks, won't restock

DCM572T1 is one of the Black friday deal, once is sold, won't restock

  • People who use leafblowers are the worst people in the world

    • +3

Yes, but I'm contemplating getting one to use early Saturday or Sunday morning while the worst people on earth are still recovering in bed

    • Im guessing you're thinking of the people that blow their leaves / lawns clippings onto the block next door. There are many uses for these. I work on building sites and these have a lot of uses. Drying surfaces when needed to apply sealers / paints. Blowing swarf off a roof into the gutter to save time cleaning. Shifting dust from hard to reach places when a vacuum isn't available. Blowing crap out of pipes. Jamming it up your workmates butt when they're bending over etc.

  • Blackwoods would have to be about the most useless, generally overpriced & difficult to deal with mob of incompetents to ever sell anything.

    • I have good experience with Blackwoods. They are owned by Wesfarmers, same as bunnings and coles. They deal with tradies and big industrial companies while bunnings is on the retail side. Their brands like DeWalt and Milwaukee are professional grade and better in quality than Ryobi and the like that you find in Bunnings.

      • Uh, you can buy DeWalt at Bunnings…but in saying that if you are after a more “professional” grade of kit like Hilti or what not you wouldn’t be buying it from there. Nonetheless Blackwoods are pretty much retarded, for goodness sakes they sell 2L of cordial for $29.95…

  • Grrrr gotta 'log in' (make a account) just to see their prices. What's up with that?
