Does it have single player mode?
Yes.
Last gen was mp only
As per the title this is the XB1/PS4 version so yes has singleplayer, 4 player full campaign co-op, singleplayer remixed with a zombies storyline & that remix also 4 player co-op.
It does has a proper SP campaign, but it's a mess. I usually do all the CoD campaigns, but I could not get through this one. However, there is heaps of other content for the single player, like bot matches, Zombies etc. Worth $10 for sure.
What do you mean a mess? On ps4 at least it was ok. Not a great sp campaign but good enough for me to play through to the end and not abandon it.
I gotta say I abandoned it too, it felt like an intro tutorial for way too long!

4 player co-op though, can just ignore the storyline and have fun shooting together.
Both versions still scanning at $79 at Target Bourke St in Melbourne for those wondering.

I didn’t know they had a R18+ section. Would it be around the same section too?
The R-rated games are in a locked glass cabinet at my local Target. It makes no sense, as the games aren't even in the cases. Means you can't scan them to check the price. But I think this is more of an odd merchandising decision by local staff, rather than Target store policy.
It was free for PSN Plus members during June or July 2018.
