        No,you can always pair the earbuds successfully with the correct operation,and the operation please refer to the manual.About the pairing issue,please don't touch the button for more than 8 secs while using.

      This is caused by some misoperations, and there is no specific frequency. And you only have to take a minute to reset it.

        took MINS (NOT A minute) here and there. knowing it doesn't always work properly, it's sort of letting me don't want to keep them as it's not reliable.

        The sound quality is decent and the battery life is acceptable but let down by this.

  I bought these in the last deal in October and am extremely happy with them for the price. I've used them almost every day (sometimes both, sometimes just one of them) and I've had to re-pair them twice. Admittedly, the re-pairing process is a little finicky but, if you follow the right instructions carefully, it does always work.

  These have decent sound quality and decent comfort but the one area they excel is Bluetooth signal. Not sure if it's because of BT5 or just a high quality radio but I never have to worry which pocket my phone is in and I can get get further away from my phone with these than any of my other BT headsets.
