    The Broadbeach one is in a great spot, and a very nice place to stay.
    Very good price.

    The ocean view rooms aren't included. Some online reviews have complained of traffic noise on the other side of the towers at meriton broadbeach. The gold coast highway goes right past the buildings. The discounted rooms are on the highway side, not the ocean side (see the map on meritons website). Be warned if this could disturb you. Difference is $45 a night for ocean view against discounted 1 bedroom apt in June. Great location & great value at the special price if you aren't bothered by possible traffic noise. Some might be turned off however.
