brand new to PC gaming was shocked when 50-100+ GB is the norm.

the worst part is waiting 20 mins for a game to start then die within 5 mins, or even worse, play for another 20 mins walking around then die without seeing anyone. I just stick to multiplayer now..
I've moved back to WWII. Gameplay is much smoother and well balanced

As someone who has been bored to bits with the series since after the original black ops, have to say the battle royale mode is quite well done and worth giving a go. Only problem is that most people play quads, sure thats fun, but solo is my fav, and its either impossible or takes a very long time to get into a game.
One the downside, the graphics still look the same as they did 5 or more years ago, has that slightly cartoony/unrealistic look to it that keeps it a step down from the Battlefield series. A battlefield version of battle royale would be superior in every way i would imagine.

It's a good game but as per usual for Activision the monetisation is awful.
Can you play it without owning the base game?
