Saw this pop up in my email. Pretty good deal IMO for 4k smart TV.

        Yeh already apps like Kodi require min 5.0 if you planned to run the latest on it.

        Recent android tv boxes are pretty cheap and probably much faster than what's inside the TV so usually a better option.

        No mention of ARC on any of the HDMI inputs though which is pretty useful to have.

      Moreso the security vulnerabilities… And no granular permission controls.

      Could probably get a non-smart and hook up a VF TV or the like instead.

  Good cheapie for a second tv though.

    Soniq is an actual brand, Viano are a badge brand.

    When was the 65" P7 under $1100? Price Hipster doesn't show it under $1500 at any time. Was it on a store-only sale?

      no? You could get it online too.

      Basically it was an offer where you pay price of the 55 inch pay $1 more get the 65 inch. Towards expiry of deal there was a further price drop AND an extra offer of $100 gift card. Ozbargainers reported varying milage in claiming this further voucher.
