It's been on sale at this price not that long ago and now back again. Really like it myself but can't justify it. Usual price at Starbuy around $589???

        maybe someone else will want it and appreciate being informed about a bargain that suits their own interest better than OPs. imagine if they saw half price iphone but dont need a new phone, other people will still want to know about it. it can actually be quite considerate to post the offer without buying it themselves if it's something good.

    You' re just like a friend who balk at me buying a citizen satellite wave for $400 because its just a watch he says. Then proceeds to buy el cheapo smart watches which will likely die in 1 to 2 years.

    In the meantime my watch will still be working in 10 years time.

    And as others have said. $90 off is a big enough discount for some.

    If you dont agree with this. Feel free to scoff at people who buy lego sets for hundreds of dollars.

    And dont bother buying oled tvs. Lcd is fine and much cheaper.

    tl;dr

    I like to tell people what they should spend their money on.

      Would like to hope for 10 years.
      I got a Seiko kinetic a few years back with that thought in mind. Unfortunately it shat itself outside warranty and was nearly 3/4 price of new one to repair so have taken the solar route now. Seiko & Citizen; see which lasts the longer :)

      Just to add: last 2 were from Starbuy.

      I got one of those cheapo $20 casios. It'll probably live forever but no biggie if it doesn't. But I have more confidence in this cheap thing than any expensive watch I own, from $200 Seikos to $1000 Tissots.

    Gee, maybe because it's $90 off Starbuy's regular price as indicated in my OP and cheaper again than other retailers?
    But if you find it cheaper I'll amend this post and give you credit for the better find. Sound fair?
