I've ~$500 in cashback waiting to be paid, nothing further is being approved for payment and my last payment was in August 2018. They haven't responded to any queries I've made for the past few months.

That is according to an ASIC search I did today.
As it happens, I went to the restaurant last year. I thought it was pretty good. Didn’t realise they owed me $500.
The 372 and 370 Bourke St addresses are used by a few linked companies under FOLONOMO. Catering company, barista training company, cafe supply etc. They also have some similar to pricepal businesses if you google the various PO Boxes they jointly use.
thats why i only trust cashrewards. Im wary of shopback as well
Had zero issues with both CR and SB. The competition is great. TA is phenomenal with the service to the OzB community. And SB has come up with some cracking offers over the last year. Wait times for transaction verification and pay out have been very similar from my experience. The CR platform does feel more polished and professional, but I wouldn't let that prevent me from taking a punt on SB.
lol cashrewards have a habit of not paying out on larger cashbacks too. Very dodgy company!

Folo looks like it has the most recent activity on it, simliar to PricePal but they allocate a portion of the cashback to charity.
After sending them letters of demand via registered post they have finally paid. Far more painful than it should have been.
If anyone is out of pocket I'd suggest leaving them a bad review on FB, google and productreivews. They do eventually contact you back. The contact form on their website is a black hole.
I was owed about $120 from a trip to Japan a year ago. I had completely forgotten they owed me until I emailed them back in Feb and the payment was processed within days.
i never use pricepal anymore, it was good when they first start up but then gone down hill, i have a couple of large cashback was declined, they may have pocketed the cashback themselves
