      Hear! Hear! Ban Zapals, Totally agree.
      Was sent the wrong solar lights around end December and half were broken and will not respond to my support ticket.

    buyer beware…zapals are untrustworthy and should be banned from ozb…far too many ozb members have not received the vast majority of these 'freebies' (pay postage only deals) & promos
    1 out of 5 orders received here (all purchased oct-early nov last year)…first order was fulfilled and all subsequent orders non delivered. 4x paypal claims pending…

      That’s what I always tell others. Beware of this kind of ‘business’. Selling at really low price and slow delivery.

      Like gambling, hoping that you forget the order and you’ll think it’s only a dollar or two. But multiply by many thousands customers it’s a huge money from every corner of the world.
      Being rich by ‘stealing’.

      And if it’s arrive and quality is bad, you’ll have to send it back overseas. Since the post cost is much more expensive than the price of the item, same thinking again ‘only a dollar or two’ (but multiply by how many million unaware customers?)

        …funnily enough the first order arrived reasonably quickly hence my decision to buy a few more items.
        they lull you into a false sense of security that you feel confident enough to purchase more items from them then screw you over on the remaining orders…
        agreed that it is a very shady way of doing business & their customer service is terrible as youd expect.

        lesson learned…. i will be avoiding making any purchases from zapals in the ongoing future…i encourage other ozbargainers to do the same

      …dont bother with support tickets youll get nowhere….just put in your paypal claims and warn other members/let them know of your experience with zapals so they dont get sucked into this ongoing scam

          ….well theyve never been actually 'free'. the way they promote them is 'pay postage only' etc with the coupon code as is the case with this 'deal'
          usually under $2-3 just like the op's post

        I've had no problems getting refunds or coupons for the items I haven't recevied and had a much better expefience than when dealing with GearBest.

        I don't know why they would reply to some support tickets and not others, but that seems to be the case.

    Be careful when purchasing low value products from Zapals. They will frequently take your money and never ship your products. It is impossible to get a hold of them via their customer service channels.

      They've shipped everything that I've purchased, aside from six of my more recent purchases. I've purchased about 40 items since April and have not received 8. I've been reunded or given vouchers for some of those. I have not submittet a support ticket for the other missing items as of yet.

    As I mentioned in another thread, I chose one of the 'freebie' items with 'postage only' cost.

    A month later I got an empty satchel delivered.

    I got what I paid for, postage only. :-(
