I.e. Advantix blue (25+ kg) 9 packs is $74.43. The cheapest 6 pack I've seen from other retailers at the moment is around $70 after delivery. So this is really good price outside of manufacturer's promotions such as buy 6 packs get 3 free.
I've always used Advantix on my Kelpie every 2 weeks and we live semi rural. Never had any tick issues with my dog, often find dead ticks but never alive.
I use Advantix over Advocate for the ticks protection.
ALWAYS buy the large dog pack.

small dog - 9ml $65
large dog - 36ml $75
Extract into a plastic syringe and then seal the tip with wax after you're done.
