  Small cashback always shows but when I purchased something and the cashback was almost $40 somehow it didn’t. Very disappointed with shopback.

        The "investigating" bit is gone because your account was manually credited already.

        Assuming you're referring to an Amazon transaction made on Boxing Day, refer back to your cashback summary dating back to 26th December and not the day you submitted the claim.

    Used Shopback for the first time for this footlocker deal and it has been an hour since I completed the purchase still waiting for the shopback email confirmation. Cash rewards email is normally with 5-10mins. Keeping my fingers crossed

          @B-prince: Their websites says it may take upto 2 days to recieve the email confirming cash back has tracked. I received mine after 4 or so hours.

    Visit the Dan Murphy's page on ShopBack and sign in. Then click "Activate Cashback" or "Get Deal" to be redirected to Dan Murphy's, then shop as usual.

    Some general advice:

    • Don't click through other sites (including Google, OzB etc) other than Dan Murphy's after you've activated cashback or clicked on "Get Deal". If you happen to do so, then go back to the Dan Murphy's store page on ShopBack and start again

    • Disable ad/script blockers on your browser

      Good tips for those new to cash back sites. I use Firefox as my every day browser with various ad blockers, so I am just in the habit now of opening Microsoft Edge (which I don't use for anything else) and signing into shopback/cashrewards and making my purchase there. Completely clean browser without any add-ons/extensions, have never had any cash back not tracked.

      Just a tip for others if you haven't figured that part out yet :)

    This is a decision made by the stores themselves. As they don't pay us commissions on gift cards, we then cannot pay cashback on gift cards.
