$19 Superdry, Deus Ex Machina, G-Star, Levis T-Shirts (+ Postage or Free C&C) @ David Jones

603

David Jones have restocked with some awesome $19 tees from Superdry, Deus, G-Star, etc. Both Men & Women's tees. Free Click and Collect or + postage.
Look smooth thanks to OzB. 5th Feb - due to poor DJs website and lack of options available for either pick up or C&C I've decided to finish the deal. Feel free to still check the DJs website but user beware!

  • Can't seem to find a WA Store to click and collect from.

  • Some women's tshirts of similar brands also $19.

    • Great pick up @shiningstars

lol Delivery is not available for a couple of shirts and Pick up option does not allow me to search any stock

    • Yes same here so I gave up but then I receive an email from David Jones saying "don't forget your cart it could sell out" - bloody annoying!

  • Should be noted limited sizes are available

    Define ‘awesome’.

    • +6

adjective. causing or inducing awe; inspiring an overwhelming feeling of reverence, admiration, or fear: an awesome sight.

    • You don't actually HAVE to buy them, they are optional

I went in store and saw some tshirt that were$19 Online but scanned full price in store. Exactly the same name and looked the same. Their reasoning was that Online was from a warehouse while in store is their own stock? How does click not collect work then? Can anyone chip in

    • +3

That's bs. Unless they happened to have different RMS style codes e.g. different cut. If the RMS style between the online one and the in store one are the same, then it should be the same price as online, even if the barcodes are different

      Source: ex-DJs staff

      • Is it possible for a manager to manually change the price if I stand my ground? Somehow the staff at my DJ are always so pissy and unhelpful.

        • +1

Anyone can manually change the price to whatever price they want (like one cent or $190) but whether they're authorised to is another matter, which is where the manager comes in. You can try, but I can't guarantee you they'll do it for you.

    • That makes no sense, especially when online it says only available with click and collect from a store and there are zero stores with stock!

      Very dodgy David Jones!

None of the 6 tshirts I chose can be posted… ah well saved me 100 bucks

  • No stock in SA>

  • +6

This is a joke. CC is not available in all NSW stores and no delivery option.

Thanks for saving me the time to check haha

Thanks for taking one for the team lol

Can confirm. Went through like 5 - 6 suburbs in the search bar and all showing as no stock.

      • I went through 10 suburbs and then gave up. Then just to rub salt in my wound David Jones sends me an email reminding me I have something in my cart!

        • +1

Sounds like there really is no other place like David Jones lol

Ask them to price match, then show them their own site…

    • ME: "can you price match what you have advertised on your own damn website?"

REP: "sorry sir, we only price match to COMPETITOR's pricing only"

      ME: facepalm

Bets of DJ going insolvent within 5 years?

  • +3

This is the David Jones website. I have a success ratio of about 1 in 10 for anything on sale there. Pathetic website heralding their inevitable doom!

  • +1

Those are not worth $19 anyway.

  • Reading the comments, we all get the same result: stuff listed "in stock" can't be delivered and has no available Click & Collect options.
It saved me spending $100, but cost me about 20 minutes
    Grr

  • Anyone know if these prices are online only or also in store in VIC?

  • +8

Such a waste of time. No delivery no cc …. Crap website.

  • +9

Cant post cant pick up in WA for sueprdry.. DJ can go bankrupt

  • No C+C nearby :(

I'm in Sydney and ordered 3 Ts last night for $10 delivery. Tried for C&C on all 3 and Macquarie Centre came up as having stock of all of them but when exiting the selection box it went back to the postage option. Happy I'm getting the shirts but that was a DJ Fail.

Set to refine by size Medium. Click any t-shirt. Medium sold out. Okaaaay….

  • Hey guys, $19 is cheap for DJ's standard, but it doesnt worth the effort to find out which is C&C only and which can be delivered with $10 fee.

You can get the shirts for $15 if you visit the DFO Click Frenzy, ps not the official Superdry in DFO.

DJ's website is horrific - trying to remove the items from my cart because they're not available (idiots) and it errors out, making further online purchases impossible

    • Mine just says error when I try to load to the page…

  • +1

    thanks for sharing

  • Click show large only still shows random stuff without large sizes. Terrible website. No Deal.
