    Not sure if I should be happy or sad. Bought the BH060 on 7 Feb 2019 and it just arrived today 12 Feb. The item looks used. The box was unsealed and the logo on the case was all smudged up as if you spilled something on it and it got dirty because you tried to wipe it off. Neither headphones nor the case have that "NEW SMELL" you would normally associate with something new.

    Called Amazon who were very helpful and offered me a $30 discount. I had to accept the offer because The dealer no longer have replacements in stock and I am travelling in a couple of weeks and need these NC headphones.

    I'm a bit disappointed with my first experience buying something on Amazon but I guess beggars can't be choosers. Just sharing.

      Sorry to hear your bad experience on this item. Apart from the appearance of the item, can you also share with us the actual functionality and quality of this item? Is it a good NC headphones overall for the price you paid?

        I am also keen to hear about other ozbargainers experience with the BH060, I've shipped mine back as a return and ordered another of the 22's, but like others I really wanted the 060's to similar in audio performance given the other features. Keen to know if I just landed a dud or if they are all sub-par in comparison to the 22's.

        I don't think my reviews would count for much. Not much of an audiophile. But, I did test the noise cancelling in the car on the drive home. I could hear my tinnitus!! I would say it was about 60-70% effective with the windows up. I could just hear the other cars coming from the opposite direction. Windows down, it was getting a bit louder but was still okay. I reckon it should be okay in a constant droning environment like on a plane which is what I am using it for.

        Sound wise, it is a little base heavy. I think the sound could be a bit clearer specially on more vocal heavy songs.

          Can I confirm you’re referring to the BH060, and had the ANC switched on?

          Maybe the BH22 is a better option?

      Just got my bh060. Tried it on the bus and it was very effective at reducing the loud engine, but ended up clarifying the talking of the people sitting behind me. I switched to my old Bose qc20i and could feel the extra air pressure it exerted to reduce the noise even more. The bh060 had much more comfortable amount of pressure. At the end of the trip, I was feeling nauseous from the Bose. This doesn't normally happen, but I don't normally use buses either.
      Sound quality was fine with the bh060 and the noise reduction wasn't too bad. Would have preferred the earcups to be deeper, and since it's enclosed, it can get warm on the ears after a while. Very happy with what I got.

      Got the same situation, the box was not sealed and a bit dirty on the case, doesnt look brand new. Never bought this headphone before so I thought this is as is.
      Did you end up returning the item and got refunded $30 or?

      A little issue I found is I could only connect to one device (first), tried follow the instruction to reset the historic paired device but not success. Is this norm? (Never had a pair of bluetooth headphone before)

    Would love to know how the 022 compares to 060 as well. I actually bought the 022 since the 060 was out of stock. I mostly care bout SQ and comfort before ANC.

    Got my TTH-060, fantastic NC and sound quality is pretty all right. It does have a slight hiss when on BT, but I've never had a BT set that never had a hiss. It does get a little uncomfortable after 2-3 hours.

    That seems to build up a bit more confidence on 060
