    Last time I tried using shopback to buy a udemy course the price of the course got jacked up from $12.99 to $14.99 any idea why?

        Thanks for the prompt reply but dont think it's a timming as I tried the same several time. Performing a normal search would show a price of $12.99 even I added it to my cart, still $12.99 but everytime I tried going via shopback the price would jump to $14.99

          Okay just did some testing. It seems like Udemy is doing something to inflate the prices a bit if you click through any publisher/affiliate links (not just ShopBack links). Unfortunately we can't really do anything to stop the increase from happening if you go through such links :(

    Does anyone know if I will still get cashback if part of the purchase was returned?

    For example: bought 2 pairs of shoes (same shoe but two different size) at $100 each, returned the pair that doesn’t fit as well, will I still get $20 cashback for the $100 I have spend? Or will it be $0 cashback?

    My chrome extension only offers me cashback on outlet site, not on the adidas store site. But it should work for the whole adidas.com.au shouldnt it?

          20% Cashback is a once off thing. Sometimes there are caching issues causing you to potentially see the rate as you have on the extension.

              @Yaren24: We've had transactions go through all day yesterday based on our sales report so we don't think there's any issue on our end, adidas or the affiliate network's end.

              We suspect it may be something your end, like having ad/script blockers enabled, certain antivirus software enabled, unknowingly clicking through other sites, other conflicting extensions etc?

              Could you wait another day to see if anything still appears on your account?
