Best outlet mall Melbourne?

which are the best outlet malls for men’s and women’s clothing and kids. Is there anything better than the DFO’s

      I drove down there the other week, and there was more empty stores then actual stores. Same with Chapel Street, and Bridge Rd

I think you need to go to individual factory outlets to get the best prices. Eg; Nike in uni Hill, puma/new balance in Moorabbin

Not sure if it is the best - but have had good bargains from here. Not necessarily just clothing, but other stuff as well.

Was at Sotuh Wharf DFO on the weekend Nike has 30% off clothes and 50% off back wall sneakers. got some air Max 2017s for $80 plus a bunch of hoodies and jerseys for winter. Adidas had 40% off store wide.
