Got an email about the Windsor shop closing down marking down 20% off RRP. Probably not that much but wanted to share. Further markdowns might happen closer to D-day.

    Yup, given the regular 'club price' they have is around 10% lower than their nominated RRP, it's really 10% off.
    (you have to pay $5 for this lower price)

  20% off RRP on floor stock.
  I'm not optimistic there'll be any bargains. I think they have a few stores in Brisbane to where they'll move any stock that doesn't sell

  Always makes me a bit sad to see bike shops closing down! Its an incredibly competitive market, as the industry has such a huge online presence. :(

  20% off RRP isn't much of a deal for 99bikes. Most items are usually marked down 10-20% off (sometimes more) by being a member. And occasionally these deals (including this one) require you to be a club member to only have a discount on the RRP which is a bit of a gimmick to me…

  But otherwise, they are much more competitive than most bike stores out there.
