      They do cancel orders, if they are unable to find stock after a while. They usually compensate with a $x off voucher.

    Mine is showing cancelled. Looks like they couldn't find stock or something. Haven't even got an email or anything that it has been cancelled. Have just realized it while checking my orders that it has disappeared from 'Orders' into 'Cancelled Orders'.

        When I contacted them I was told I'll get $10 credit, but it seems I have $15 in my account (I added an item to the cart to test it. Well, unless I had another $5 there before that I didn't know about).
