    $119 if you walk into an MSY or BudgetPC and pay cash or EFTPOS.
    But this deal would work out cheaper if you want it delivered, have discounted eBay giftcards, or calculate in credit card points.

    Please let me know if commenting a cheaper price in someone else's post is bad form.
    I thought about it and I decided to comment in case there are people who would rather buy from a store.

          3bit MLC is the same thing as TLC.

            At a glance, I (incorrectly) thought they got higher endurance by going from TLC to MLC.
            Didn't even think twice to realise 3-bit MLC makes no sense.
            (Well, technically 3 is multi, but I'm sure you know what I mean.)

          Twice the endurance for 250GB and 500GB moving from EVO 850 to 860.
          4x for 1 & 2TB. 8x for 4TB.

    I bought the mx500 for $104 del yesterday. There's an ants pizzle of difference in performance between these 2 but the price diff is enough to sway me - at least on this occasion (i also got the 2tb 970evo in a recent sale).

      I believe I read somewhere that this one has much better endurance though… not too sure.
