    The T&C's in the email says exclusions apply, but yes, calling these "sitewide" sales that have half the site excluded is a joke, and Shopback words the emails terribly.

      It’s actually illegal in Australia. I just did a course on competition law and you cannot have headings or advertising promotion ‘sitewide’ or ‘across the whole range/store’ and then have an asterisk and small font saying exclusions apply, it’s a lie.

  Technically it's not targeted as you will get a unique code if you're signed up to Shopback emails.

  It's only sitewide for full priced items and a buttload of exclusions including RM Williams.

  So pretty much everything is excluded.
  I would assume The Iconic gave them a code for a few unknown brands but they advertised it as a sitewide coupon.
  Hardly a deal given those unknown brands are 15% off already and you lose 3% cashback.
