Roaming Abroad Japan Data Sims - Is The Unlimited 4G Speeds Really Unlimited? or Is There a Daily Cap?

Hi guys,

This is my first post - so please let me know if I'm not doing it right.

I've ordered the 30 day Unlimited Data Sim off Roaming Abroad, but have had no luck getting in contact with them for shipping or sim information.

Has anyone used this company for Japan sims, do they have any experiences they can relay?
I'll be leaving to Japan soon and I'm freaking out whether the company follows through.

    decent feedback about usage

    when did you buy the sim?
    when did you contact them?
    when are you leaving?

      I got the sim 3 days ago and will be leaving 14th of March 2019.

      I've contacted via facebook (left multiple msgs) and use their contact form 5 times, have had no luck getting a single reply - I wanted to know if the unlimited 4G speeds was true or was there a daily cap.

        you have received the card. you have 3 weeks to hear back from them.

        So your forum post question is - "is the unlimited 4G speeds really unlimited? or is there a daily cap.?"

        it is not "unlimited". you will not be unable to download 1,000,000 Tb of data. therefore there is a limit, but imposed by your phone and network.

          I've yet to receive the sim card - I'd like to hear back from them in when I do.

          I just wanted an opinion, if anyone have used these guys and have had luck getting replies to what they need cause I haven.t

    I purchased their Japan 15 day sim end of last month, and the confirmation email went into my junk mail. It was sent from "Travel Sims Direct" and not "Roaming Abroad" which I found weird.

    I received the sim cards today, leaving for Japan end of this month so can't help with your query, but have been messaging them on FB and emailing them with very little response back as well. Would never use them again, terrible customer service!
