    What exactly is the 'sim starter pack on Telstra network' that we get for free?

    Do we get 2 x Amaysim starter packs, one that uses Optus network and one that uses Telstra's?
    Does that mean we essentially get $60 of usage for $10 (assuming I pick the $10 option)?

    On top of that, could we then use the first starter pack for one month, port number to the Telstra starter park ?

      Amaysim uses Optus network. Hence you get one sim on Optus network and other one on Telstra Network.
      You can use any of the sims and then port into other one after a month.

      I'm thinking that it could be any MVNO which is operating through the Telstra wholesale mobile network. So essentially the Telstra wholesale network which is not the whole network access than what direct Telstra customers have access to.

          Yeah it could be Lycamobile as that's Telstra wholesale but that's just a guess. Who knows. There are some other MVNOs on the Telstra wholesale network.

          Lycamobile does have $40, $30, $20 and $10 plans so that's a coincidence.

            $5 for a $30 sim is pretty good regardless of the network.

            As for the actual network, I'd tend to agree it would be Lyca. Especially given they are selling their $30 packs for $9.90 at present. Given that Amaysim is basically paying customers to try their sims, then it would seem the same price point.

            Even if Lycamobile, that's still 12Gb data for the month.

    There seems to be a lot of speculation about which sim will be received on Telstra Network.
    The sims are of Lyca Mobile which have a similar plan as amaysim at respective price point and operate on Telstra Network.
