  • Got it on wife's Plat Edge.
Now to see if there's any deal.

  • Does anyone know if they allow multiple gift vouchers for a single purchase?

Thanks! Just note though, if using CashRewards…

You may not be eligible for Cashback:

If a gift card is purchased or used as payment.
If a coupon code is used that is not listed on CASHREWARDS.
If your order is not fully completed online or is later changed.

      • +1

        Ah good point! Thanks. =)

I guess for those buying with an Amex card, then it'll be better to go through cashback sites (also Amex card has extra merchandise protection insurance). For those have 2+ Amex cards, they'll have to see if 20% is better.

    • anyone knows if you can add more than one gift cards under one account for larger purchases, or you can redeem multiple gift cards when check out?

"How do you redeem a gift card?
Go to microsoft.com/redeem, log in to your Microsoft account and enter the 25-character code provided. Once redeemed, your gift card balance will be available to spend at Microsoft Store online, on Windows and on Xbox. Check your account balance."

      • No idea, but I guess can enquire with the microsoft online chat.

      • yes ,you can, and I just find out today, the account balance is maxed at $1000 in Australia.

        • I found this out too.

It's deceptive - there is absolutely no indication of a $1000 limit to your Microsoft account on the purchase page - it tells you how to use the card, and spruiks the benefits of the card. No indication at all on any limits.

The chat people hide behind the terms and conditions that are NOT on this page - but are a link on the bottom. Who buys something and reads EVERY link on the purchase page - that's unreasonable. The purchase page should have this listed before you agree to purchase.

  • Damn, missed out

So, basically Microsoft wants people to purchase the new Surface headphones for $400:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/p/surface-headphones/8NRM8DZ…

  • can you buy Surface Laptop and split pay with multiple amex cards or gift cards?

    • If in store, I don't see why you can't. Provided you've registered every card of course

  • Anyone know if we can do mixed payment, like the 1000 of Gift cards in our balance and then pay the remaining with an Amex card?

  • Has anyone received the $100 credit?

    • +1

Yes within 48hrs of my purchase.
