    Will this work on Google home mini? My school has a username/password system so the Wi-Fi does not work. I do have access to a spare Ethernet port.

      I ordered one of these from AliExpress and apparently they do work on the home mini (haven't received it yet). I can't share the link since it is not allowed on ozbargain (apparently the aliexpress app injects a refferal code in the link). Anyhow I want to try it out on my old nexus player but if that doesn't work I will use it on my chromecast.

      Also it appears to be cheaper on aliexpress ($17 plus GST) just search the same item, but if you want it any time soon you may be better off with Amazon.
