    The gloss one is "glossier" ie, likely to be perceived as more feminine. They both work to protect the lips from cracking, etc. Use it anyway you want ;-)

    It would seem that their website is down so I can't verify whether a privacy policy exists.

    A privacy policy is certainly required by Australian law.

  I just signed up. How do they deliver the lip gloss to you? There is no place where I can enter the delivery address, and there is no information telling me upon sign up that I have successfully been allocated a lip gloss on this promo.

    The sign up has changed. Previously there was an extra line than said: 'To receive your free BYS Lipgloss please enter your mailing details below.' and the sign up included normal address box to fill out.

    Deal must have finished.

  got one today, forgot I signed up for it in my sisters name so its hers. I wouldn't want it anyway, very girly, but nice freebie :)
