At the end of the Aldi catalog, I went to the next image, and there was a guy modelling a crochet bikini top.

        Oops, please disregard ;)

Thanks op, looks like I'm gonna be shopping at Aldi's next week!

Hey guys hoping someone could answer a few questions on Aldi's cyclonic vacuum.
How does it compare to Kmart's $99?
Does the Aldi's have the rotating pet brush?
Low res but it looks like Aldi's comes with a 3 year warranty?
    Thanks :).

  • Is there a reason this post wasn't just added to the other Aldi one from the same catalogue?

The wheelchair will pay for itself after 1 disability claim.

    • It’s the best model, the Cougar 9000. It's the Rolls Royce of wheelchairs. This is like, you're almost glad to be handicapped.

    How to get bike built?

  • +4

curious to know if the mountain bike is any good or not

    • +9

The ~$400 Aldi MTB is a good one. This one is equivalent to a big W bike. Most will be Ridden once then live in the shed till the next hard rubbish collection

      • I wonder when they will be back for sale again…

    • +3

The gear shifter is pretty terrible. For a cheap bike, riding in short bursts, it is tolerable.

      • I was hoping for the $350 bike to go on sale again, but now I don't know what to do now,
go for the cheap one now or wait whatever months until the nice one goes back on sale, what do you recommend?

        • Considering buying it as a spare bike as the rear derailleur cable on my ageing Fuji MTB broke yesterday :(

You could buy this one now and then buy the better model if/when that is sold again.

    • Don’t bother if you are remotely thinking of riding this anywhere but your driveway. Bought this last year and took around a creek which has gravel paths and the first small climb where I had to ride uphill I heard a cracking sound and that was it.. the rear wheel was rubbing against the support bars and had to walk back home.. straight back to Aldi the next day to return it..

No mention of the $799 electric bike? It’s literally the hero shot of the catalogue.

  • Would the 90 day return-even-for-no-reason policy apply to the $89.99 mountain bikes? Or is it 60 days?

    • +2

60 days no questions asked, not even about the stains on the seat.

      • +1

What about stains on the handles?

  • 99c for two toothbrushes is bloody cheap.

    • the bleeding probably wouldn't be as much..

tempted to get the mountain bike for casual weekend rides on the road though. Should i get a road bike? Anything decent for road riding in this price range? or just go with big w/kmart bikes

  • any thoughts on the e-bike, thinking of buying one. thanks in advance.

  • Any thoughts on the protein powder (onset) and the protein bars?

Farmdale long life 2L milk is $1.49 which seems like the cheapest milk anywhere available. Coles/Worths are $2/$2.20

  • Would anyone have any details on the $29.99 bike lights?

  • Hi OP, had someone tried electric bike before and any reviews or suggestions? I'm looking to buy one for work commuting. Thanks
