As they are in Hong Kong there is no GST in the price.
The price from Clearance of the Day includes 10% GST so the covers are actually $4.53 + $0.45 GST which is technically cheaper.
The extra $0.24 for something which is sent from Australia with a delivery time of 2-5 days not 2-5 weeks is a small price to pay.

You actually only pay GST on imports over $1000 - which works out to approximately 1684 protectors. So GST is completely irrelevant in this conversation. Ebay deals mentioned above are also slightly less than $4.75 due to our dollar at the moment. The relevant points are:
- Clearance of the Day: $6.09 with shipping
- Ebay: less $4.75 with shipping (may take a week or so longer)
Therefore if you are happy to wait an extra week, or don't need every different flavour of screen protector this is not a deal.

If you keep them on some sticky tape which does not leave residue they can be reused easily. (The sticky side of the tape touching the sticky side of the screen protector)
As the sticky tape is stronger than the screen protector glue any dust which sticks to the screen protector stays on the sticky tape. (This is helpful if you find dust after putting the screen protector on)
How many people can put on a screen protector first go? It took me 3 times before I was satified. The more the merrier I say.
