[VIC] Concept Art Workshops, 8 Weeks, $900 ($300 off) with Pic1 Studio

Hello Everyone!

Pic1 Studio is holding three 8-week Concept Art focused workshops this April.

Our workshops are taught by industry working professionals who have worked for companies and studios such as Warner Brothers and Ford Motor company. Our instructors have all worked/studied overseas and would like to bring their global knowledge to Australia.

We focus on strengthening students' foundations and skills through tailored advice, constructive feedback, live demonstrations and industry experiences.

If you are interested in working in the visual entertainment industry (games, films, graphics, Industrial Design etc) and would like to enhance your portfolio and skills, these workshops will be the perfect fit for you.

The workshops we are holding are:
Intro to Digital Painting -
This workshop is an introduction to Photoshop Digital Painting with emphasis on building vital visual communication skills required for the visual industry.

Intro to Zbrush Sculpting -
An introductory workshop into the basics of an industry leading digital sculpting tool; Zbrush (3D). Students will gain a better understanding of working in 3 dimensions and use this knowledge as a tool to better communicate their ideas and designs.

Intro to Traditional Painting -
This workshop focuses on analysing Colour and Light through direct observation of nature using gouache paint. Students will realise how important learning through traditional medium and painting from life is, as their understanding of light and colour will greatly improve their digital work. All materials will be provided for this workshop and for your to keep, valued at over $200.
