    • it works, but its only for NAB employees:

    • If you qualify for the Enhanced Partner Program then you have access to this deal.

  • +1

Guess you need to know someone who works at the NAB?

    • +2

Shame no Dual sim for this version. only version that has dual sim are " S10 512GB and S10+ 512GB or 1TB"

    • -5

Yeah loving my s10 dual sim

      • +6

        Ok cool

      • I'm assuming dual sim version only available for bigger storage phones as the second sim takes up the SD card slot.

With the amount of storage use these days, it makes commercial sense to do this.

    • +1

Shame, Samsung Australia does not offer S10e 256GB in Australia at all.

      • +2

well, they might release it after couple of months, will hold my nuts tight till then

      • Yeah, been asking them to try and release it here. I wanna get the 256GB version cause it has a 8GB RAM instead of 6GB of RAM.

        • May i know what exactly are u going to do with extra 2gb ram? thought 6gb is more than enough for android 🤔

  • +1

Can anyone share how much the 128gb s10 is for NAB epp.

    • Would like to know as well.

    • +3

@Sunny84 its showing as $1079.20 for the s10 128gb model.

  • +2

This is not just for NAB this time. My company EPP has these at $839.30.
I'm guessing if you have access to any EPP you'll get this price.

  • Can anyone please advice how much S10 plus 512 is?

    • +1

      @SpaceNinja showing up as $1479.20 for s10+ 512gb.

      • That's cheaper than an XS 64GB.

        • -1

U can't compare a kimchi to an apple!

  • +1

Guys, does any one has details about 50% through EPP by doing 3 online courses?
The OzB post got deleted and lost the details. Thanks.

    • That's for Samsung staff. Not EPP.

      • Nah it was also for vodafone

    • +2

The only EPP i know of for 50% off was Telstra. Telstra employees have to login and register for samsung + using the details & a registration code specific to telstra. Then complete the online training and quizzes, once complete they recieve a unique code for 50% of on a s10 phone within 3 business days.

      • +4

Yep, it's only for Telstra employees, got my code yesterday. $675 for an S10.

        • Hey mate, how did you get the code? Do you have to be a retail staff or is this open for all Telstra staff? I am unable to login to the Samsung +app using my Telstra credentials but I can login to the EPP portal.

          • @Chris G: All Telstra employees (excl contractors) based in Australia are eligible.

Go to Yammer page and there are instructions there. Do note we get 50% off not just S10e but S10 and S10+ too but for now both S10 and S10+ are out of stock.

EDIT - Yammer says the phones are back in stock but they're not shipping till mid April…

            • @firestint: Shipping early to mid April. Depending on which model you want.
Stock is shared across entire Samsung Australia Website & EPP. There is no separate stock levels for EPP.

              • @lplau: Ordered mine after pre sale and am receiving mine tomorrow. I assume they prioritie Telstra staff over other orders atm . S10+

            • @firestint: Is the exclusion to contractors a new thing?

Only asking as I've had one proudly bragging about his new S10+ already.

              • @sir_bazz: I probably misread the T&Cs, not 100% sure on contractors being excluded.

            • @firestint: It is available to anyone who has Telstra email id. Including contractors.

            • @firestint: I googled, but could not find any link regarding 50% for Telstra employees. Can please be kind enough and point me in the right path with some steps. Thank you.

              • @mnc: You won't find it on google, you need to go the the My Rewards yammer page, and you'll find a big lengthy post about the exact steps you need to take.

            • @firestint: Are you saying that the s10e is in stock, or is that also listed as mid April? What's the price, $600 I assume?

    • Was for Vodafone too, got my s10+ that way for 750~

      • Same for Optus and JB staff.

        • +1

do you know how to access it for Optus staff? It does not show up on Optus EPP

        • Could not find any deal from Optus EPP..how to access??

          • @SNK: This could have already expired for Optus.

  • Any deals for s10+

    ANZ prices

    S10e

    S10

    512GB (Dual Sim)
    $1,359.20

    S10+
    512GB (Dual Sim)
    $1,479.20
    1TB (Dual Sim)
    $1,919.20

They are literally milking money in name of dual sim . :(

    • +1

The S10+ Dual Sim models also have more RAM and a ceramic back, which is a lot more durable than the Prism glass cased models. As soon as you get those, you'll get cracks all over the glass.

      • +2

For the S10+, Only the 1TB has more ram which Samsung has dubbed the "Performance" Model, the 512GB is the same ram as the 128GB.

        • Alright

      • Not really.
Ceramic is more fragile than glass, so you could logically say it is the inferior material. However, ceramic is more scratch-resistant than glass. If I had to choose between the two? I'd get any, and use a case! (Aerospace grade polycarbonate, deemed best).

        • Drop tests have shown the glass shatters easily but the ceramic stays unscratched and uncracked.

          • -1

@lostn: Which makes me question the experiment.
Unless they used really bad/thin glass and good/thick ceramic backing.

Or it could be the internal construction differences between the two (ie Pressure Points).

Still, glass is not a good material for the sides/back of a phone. Aerospace-grade Polycarbonate is much better. And scratch-resistant 7000-series Aluminium is also great. The best material seems to be a Titanium Alloy internal-sideframe, with a Kevlar back.

            • @Kangal: The glass on the S10 front is Gorilla 6. The glass on the back is only Gorilla 5.

Dropped from around hand held height onto the car park's asphalt, the rear glass cracks completely. There is webbing all over. But I misspoke when I said it 'shattered'. It remained in tact, but just ugly looking. The same happens when you drop an iPhone btw.

The ceramic version from the same height still looked good with an occasional sand grain sized dent, but otherwise undamaged. Mind you, the same can't be said about the phone itself. The screen didn't turn on, meaning some vital component broke. But the ceramic back itself withstood the fall.

Here's some torture tests from Xiaomi's ceramic phone released years back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdlqAoLbvco

Bear in mind it's a sponsored video.

I agree with the suggestion to use a case. I'm just pointing out that it costs more to put a ceramic back on than your typical glass coating that every phone has these days. You're not paying only for more GB. You're paying for the ceramic, dual sim, and on some models extra RAM.

    • oh wow so the discount is across all s10 not just s10e as per the Post title

      • +1

30% for s10e, 20% for other models is what I'm getting.

    • No 128GB for the plus?

      • +1

$1199 in most private company portals.

        • Cheers wondering if this is better or Costco

  • +1

Hmm 4 of these or Galaxy Fold?

    • +1

Get 2 of these then use duct tape to make your own fold.

  • +2

Just checked through my government account, comes down to 839$, woohooo. should buy it soon

Here are some good reasons to prefer the S10E over the normal S10

    https://youtu.be/0yfF0Mri_t8

  • That's a killer deal for an S10e.

The same EPP sells 64GB S9 for $800.

  • +1

Great phone. Bought one for my wife and she loves it. Perfect size with amazing screen and great build quality. S10/S10+ aren't worth the price difference I reckon. Especially as they have the still fairly unreliable in-screen fingerprint sensor tech, without 3D face scanning to back it up (unlike Mate 20 Pro).

    • -1

The do have face ID my wife has it on her S10

      • +1

I wouldn't use the face unlock on the S10 series. It's very insecure. A video or photo will be able to unlock it.

  • A week back the buds were free.

    • Not on S10e though?

    • I think that was for pre orders, the phone was released on 7 March

    • +3

The Galaxy Buds were never included with EPP preorders.

  • How does a company get signed up to these EPP programs? I work for large Aussie corporate company, I assume though we have to purchase X amount of Samsung products to qualify?

  • After salary sacrifice I can get the s10e down to $516 after tax. whoop!

    • How do you do this?

      • +1

My workplace policy for salary sacrificing a phone is signing a stat dec saying "it was my intention to use the phone for work at the time of purchase". You dont pay GST and it reduces your taxable income so you pay less tax. When comparing buying it before tax and buying it after tax, I save $323.

        • Ah right, mine provides the phone… Oh well…

        • Who do you work for matey? Does government do that? I"m with Government and salary sacrifice but I've never heard of this. Will this be on top of the $9k limit or inclusive? Not paying GST is a massive discount. In Theory, I could buy it via my cc, sal sac my cc, then claim gst back when I leave the country. BUt if I do it your way, it maybe a lot more straightforward.

  • Just, JUST bought an s8! From an S7!

How much better is an s10e than an s8? Specifically, camera, gaming, battery?

Size is perfect. Would it be streets ahead of an s9? (Can get those at $695 in 'nearly need off ebay.

    Anyone own one?

    • +1

Significantly better in all respects. Did you buy the S8 before you came out from under a rock? The purchasing decision seems hard to justify unless you got an S8 very cheaply (e.g. second hand for under $400AUD).
