Your online store looks unfinished - so many variables that are missing. For example what kind of printing do you do (screen printing, sublimation etc)?, how do I choose what text font and size I want? what about text colour? placement of text (or uploaded source file) on t-shirt etc. Other custom t-shirt printing sites have all these options.

Yeah, I think you have missed my point! How will you know where font I want? The size of the font? It's position etc? If you're going to be sending me previews, that lot of going back and forth, when it could have been done all upfront, if you just allowed people these options.
Take a look at some of the other custom printing websites around and you will understand.
Can you at least tell us what sort of printing you're doing? If I upload a file, is it printed full color or (if you're screen printing) will you somehow turn it all one color? What color? I like the prices, but I've never heard of you. And missing details like these makes me wonder if you're real or not.
I can bet that this shop accepts orders and tne gets the stuff printed in China. Other than that I can't imagine how they could offer some prices
