How it Works:
1. Receive an email from iHeartRadio containing a unique iHeartRadio User ID to claim a $50 The Good Guys Store Credit
2. Follow the email prompts to claim a $50 The Good Guys Store Credit using a unique iHeartRadio User ID
3. iHeartRadio subscribers will be prompted to enter their unique iHeartRadio User ID, name, phone and/or email and agree to the terms and conditions of submitting their details to receive their $50 The Good Guys Store Credit.
4. iHeartRadio subscribers will receive Store Credit either by SMS or email within 24 hours of submitting their unique iHeartRadio User ID and details. If, for reasons outside of The Good Guys’ control, including technical difficulties, The Good Guys cannot send your credit within 24 hours, you will be issued a new one as soon as possible.
5. Present the $50 Store Credit SMS/Email when you spend over $100 in the one transaction at The Good Guys in-store, or apply the $50 The Good Guys Store Credit code and pin during the payment step in the cart at www.thegoodguys.com.au.
6. Your $50 Store Credit will be deducted at point of sale in-store or online when an eligible purchase is made.
Terms and Conditions:
1. To be eligible for the offer, iHeartRadio subscribers must:
a. Have received a $50 Store Credit redemption email from iHeartRadio
b. Make a purchase of $100 or more in-store or online at The Good Guys between
Monday 18 March 2019 and Sunday 24 March 2019 (“Promotion Period”). Excludes
The Good Guys eBay and Commercial store.
c. Pay for the purchase in full within the Promotion Period.
2. Each Store Credit must be redeemed and used in a purchase, paid for in full, by Sunday 24 March 2019.
3. Store Credit can only be used on ticket price – no further discounts apply.
4. Store Credit can be used in-store and online at The Good Guys, but excludes The Good Guys
eBay and Commercial stores.
5. Store Credit barcode is unique and can only be redeemed once. This Store Credit offer
cannot be used in conjunction with any other Store Credit offers or to qualify to receive
another Store Credit.
6. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, used to lay-by or used for payment on existing
orders. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on the Store Credit.
7. Offer not valid when purchasing gift cards and iTunes cards, Gold Service Extras, Netflix,
delivery, The Good Guys Home Services installation and Tech Service and excludes Apple,
AEG, ASKO, Smeg Portafino, Miele, Neff, Bertazzoni, La Germania and Falcon.
8. Limit one per customer.
9. iHeartRadio subscribers are only eligible to receive one Store Credit via the registered email
or mobile number provided during the Promotion Period.
10. To the extent permitted by law, The Good Guys reserves the right to change any terms

    This might be a dumb question but how do I get iHeart Radio to send me my User ID?… in the app, it just shows a QR code, when scanned is far more than 9 characters/digits.

      • They have my email address on my profile, so is this “targeted” or is there some way to make them send you that User ID via email?

        Like I said, there was only an iHeart Radio Code (under Account) in the app but that was just a qr code.

        Looking back at the emails they’ve sent to me since joining in May last year, there’s no user ID, going all the way back to welcome to iHeartRadio. So I don’t know :o/

        • Yes email & your name are provided to become a member.

          Location is necessary - so they know we're in Australia for this offer. Can't add to membership, but may be detected when using service.

          User ID seems just for this promotion, from reading Deal Description. So is sent in offer email. So unless we receive the offer email, it doesn't apply to us.

            (I didn’t hit the report button… maybe it’s because I may have unsubscribed from their newsletter at some point? I can’t find an option to edit my subscriptions on the app or desktop website).

  • I wondered if it was targeted too, but my wife and a friend of mine all got the offer emailed to us this morning. So I assumed it wasn’t a targeted deal.

    I just clicked the link, filled out the details and had my $50 voucher within 5 mins.

    Now all I need to do is go shopping!

  • I got a code, but it was only 8 digits, it require 9 ><

  • Where do I get the 9 digit code? I've looked in the app everywhere and can't see it. I signed up via a Facebook login

  • I’ve been trying to get answers to this from iHeartRadio support.

    They’re not aware of any “User ID” either just phone, email, location. It may be down to a particular station you happen to listen to/follow, still trying to work with them to find out.

    I sent them a link to the promotion and this thread to show that some have the code whilst others don’t.

    Hopefully have more information soon!

    Got the email from iHeartRadio. Submitted the application for the $50 store credit. Got it via email within 15 minutes. Consists of a barcode/voucher number and pin. Successfully used it to buy printer toner. Used it with Cashrewards for an extra 1.75% cash back. Great saving!

    Yeah, same… after talking with iHeart Radio support, they gave me a code that works!

    It seems to be the only way to get it if you're not "targeted".

    I received the $50 voucher by email virtually straight away, but only have until 24/3 to use it in-store :o/

    • in the end its a good guys promo and you should contact them, but with the promo finishing tomorrow, and how slow anyone replies, its probably too later to do anything now
